I received horrible customer service from Tronix Country! I changed banks, called in advance to let them know the payment would be delayed and now I am not receiving the "free gifts". The woman on the phone, so called "customer service" kept talking over me. The product received that I paid $2500 is worth $600. The helping on the credit that is suppose to be the reason for this type of company never happened. Don't do it, save up and buy direct. I am letting every consumer site available know about this company and what a rip-off they really are. 129069e

8) Im a new account with Tronix, and Im just now on my third payment. I was on unbalanced grounds when I began, and Tronix was very understanding. Im looking forward to a long-lasting relationship with them. If there poses a problem, we will handle it in a respectful and amicable manner. It takes two to to tangle, and one to help untangle it.
